MyAccount feature allows bidders to see their current sale totals including charges and taxes. Provides a pathway to Checkout via a secure payment platform.

Each on line auction consists of any number of lots grouped together, all having a common sale end on a specified date.  Makes it easy to keep track of when bidding is scheduled to end.

Search + Bid feature allows bidders to quickly identify and bid on lots which meet their search criteria.

Auctions are conducted in the auctioneer's name.   The model used is 'business-to-consumer' or 'business-to-business'.  Pacts On Line has the best specification for this type of on line platform.  The buyers will be buying goods from the auctioneers and can inspect before bidding.

Multi-currency.  Creates sales in any of 19 major currencies.  Bidders can convert their bids into any other currency.  Servers have an automatic daily currency feed from XE.com

Each sale or sale type can have its own unique set of minimum bid increments.  Bidders are advised of the next minimum bid.

The only on line auction platform which complies with the UK & EU VAT (Sales Tax) regulations.  Items can be sold under the auctioneer's margin scheme (no VAT on selling price) or under normal VAT rules either VAT inclusive or VAT added.

Each lot has a packaging, delivery and insurance charge code and associated table of charges.  The buyer has the choice of paying via the website and having lots packed and delivered or going to the auctioneers, paying there and collecting the purchases.

Intelligent payment processing.  Payment via 'Checkout' and automated secure card payment platform or payment at the auctioneer's point of sale terminals via cash, cheque, debit card, credit card or direct wire or any combination.

Has auto-sale extension, allowing bidders any number of ten minute periods in which to complete their bidding.  A sale ends when no bids have been received in the previous ten minutes.  Ensures each lot goes to the highest bid and not the fastest bid.

Supplied, configured and supported using the SaaS (Software as a Service) business model.  A simple monthly fee covers all costs.  No initial purchase price, no development charges, no setup fees and no annual licence fees.
